Jessica's Got a Fever

Poor little Jessica, she's not feeling well so Mum comes over to comfort her. It's a school day but she's not feeling 100%.

Benjamin and Lily will have to make their own way to school today and are feeling very sorry for poor little Jessica.

Alice has called Marie who has a Doctor's degree. Marie checks for any signs of illness. She soon discovers that Jessica has a high temperature and fever. She hands a bottle of special medicine to Alice to have two times a day.

George is cooking up a delicious chicken and leek broth. Surely this will clear Jessica's head and fever. Athough it looks green it's good for her. Jessica must drink it all up.

Jessica sits up to drink her broth and she is starting to feel a little bit better, although she is still quite hot.

Jessica decides to take a cool bath because of her high temperature. Mmmmm...the smell of eucalyptus soap is so soothing!

As soon as Jessica hops out of the bath she's cold and puts on her dressing gown and hops into bed. She's feeling much better now and will be feeling normal before long.  Lily and Ben are home from school and tell Jessica all about their day.

Scrambled Eggs!@&*%

Lets see what's happening in the Forensen residence today.

It's a beautiful morning at 23 Lamington Drive. It looks as if little Jessica and Benjamin are getting their coats on. I wonder what they are going to do today.

Benjamin and Jessica are kicking their new soccer ball around that they got for Christmas. Jessica is passing the ball excellently until it's Ben's turn to kick the ball.  Ready, steady......

Ben does such a big kick that the ball flies right through the door and straight on top of Dad's freshly made breakfast of bacon and fried eggs. George isn't so pleased about this and the kids are feeling quite guilty. Suddenly Jessica has an idea. How about we make Dad a new breakfast, better than ever.

Jessie is frying the eggs on the stove-top whilst Benjamin cuts up the bacon. They are really excited and hope that dad loves his delicious breakfast.

Bon Appetite! Dad is very impressed and all is forgiven and forgotten....

Meet the Folks of Lamington Drive!

Meet Alice Forenson from 23 Lamington Drive. Alice loves to garden and cook delicious cakes with her best friend Marie. Alice is busy with two children of her own and husband George keeps her company.

This little trooper is Benjamin, otherwise known as Ben. He is always fighting with his sister Jessica, but her loves to play soccer with her and her best friend Lily.

George is a Postman and loves his job. It is he who delivers all the mail to all the houses in Lamington Drive. He loves to play with his kids and have romantic picnics with his wife.

This little sweetheart is Lily Williams. She lives with her mother Marie and they are very close to the Forensens. Lily's best friend is little Jessica. They are inseparable and love to play around the house but are always making a mess.

This is Marie, Lily's mum. They have recently moved to Lamington Drive and Marie is working towards being the Head Chef of the latest restaurant in town.

Wooops! I guess Jessica won't be too happy about this photo. This is Jessica Forensen. She likes to draw pictures and is very artistic.
